What is TPS/CTPS?

Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (TPS and CTPS) are databases of registered persons and companies that do not wish to be contacted by telemarketers.

It is an offence to contact those who are TPS or CTPS registered. Contacting those who are TPS registered could see you being fined up to £5,000.
