What is MPS?

Mailing Preference Service (MPS), is a database of registered persons or companies that do not wish to be contacted via direct mail. Companies that do contact MPS registered persons or companies are liable for a £5,000 fine.

Prospectlist.com pre-screens all its records against the MPS file to ensure that data made available within our database on our site adheres to DMA regulations.
